We use HubSpot as our CRM system and process relevant data in HubSpot to communicate with potential and existing customers.
We use Google Analytics to monitor activities on our website for optimization of messaging and content.
We use retargeting in our advertising since it gives us the ability to target previous visitors on other sites. We do this to be able to show marketing content to our potential customers that are actually relevant to them.
We have created internal rules to ensure information security, which includes employee guidelines and security measures as well as the ability to back up lost customer data. Our employees have also agreed to a non-disclosure agreement regarding customer data of any kind.
In the event of a security breach that leaks information related to you, we will notify you as fast as possible.
